you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help. Customers may return unused and unworn shoes
within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition. To initiate
a return, please contact our support team at contact@shoeflux.com , and we will guide you
through the process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your
refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original
method of payment. If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, we will be
happy to assist, subject to stock availability. Please note that customized or personalized
products cannot be returned or exchanged.
